We are pleased to inform you that all the personal and private data as well as the information that you transmit to us on our requests, shall never be given, distributed or sold to any third party. They shall be gathered, kept, filed and used only by HTP s.r.l., in full respect of all basic principles and norms contained in the document 95/46/CE of the European Community and the Italian D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 N°196 for the protection of private data.

DATA MANAGEMENT AND ITS RELATIVE PURPOSES.

We hereby summarize all the operations that are done by HTP s.r.l. in order to collect, keep, elaborate and use your personal data and why we do so.

  • We gather and keep them in order to send commercial information to all contacts by e-post.
  • We elaborate and manage them in order to define your commercial profile.
  • We intend to use the commercial profiles that we dispose of in order to elaborate and set up our marketing, promotional and commercial strategies and the actions that we plan to your advantage.

DATA MANAGEMENT MODE.

Such data management mode is performed by completely automatic procedures and instruments. We assure you that, by this same mode, we can guarantee that all the information collected and treated by us do not include items that are or refer to sensitive data, according to a.m. Law D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 N°196. Therefore we confirm that such sensitive data shall be excluded from any direct or indirect treatment, on principle.

CONSENTMENT OR REFUSAL AND EFFECTS.

Naturally you can refuse to transmit us your personal data. But you certainly understand that without them, for the a.m. purposes, it shall be impossible for us to give you all the information and services that you may need or request.

OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DATA.

HTP s.r.l. is the exclusive owner of all the data acquired and of their elaboration. The responsible people are the very officials or HTP s.r.l. personnel that shall be dedicated to such collection and management, in relation to their respective sector of competence.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY.

Each one of the contacts that have given HTP s.r.l. their personal data keeps and can make use of all the rights that the art. 7 of the a.m. Law D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 N°196 assures and that we hereby summarize:

  • To know and find out the existence of data that concern him, even if not yet registered, and to be informed about them in a comprehensible way.
  • To be informed about the:
    • Name, title, Company's name, address, residence and headquarters of the owner of such files.
    • Purposes and mode of the files.
    • Explanation of the logical method used in case of electronically treated data.
    • Name, title, Company's name, address and residence of the person in charge of the files, according to article 5.2
    • Name of the subjects/categories of subjects, which could get hold of the files, as nationally designated authorities in charge of them, or to which the data could be transmit.
  • To obtain from the owner:
    • Up-dating, rectification or integration of the same data.
    • To cancel, hold or transform into an anonymous form all the data that have been treated on violation of the law, including all those that do not need to be kept in relation to the aims for which they have been collected and filed.
    • Declaration that the actions in letters A. and B. have been brought to the knowledge of all those that have been informed as far as the content is concerned, except when such search is impossible, too complicated and too difficult, expensive and out of proportion, in relation to the protected right.
  • To forbid:
    • for valid reasons, the management and use of the personal data supplied even when they are pertinent to the purpose of the project.
    • The management and use of the personal data when they are used to send advertising or commercial material or to realise market researches.
